You are responsible for all activity on your account, including compliance with these terms. Crossbuilder may remove or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

Our Monthly Plans Include:

Some features of Crossbuilder require payment. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees displayed at checkout
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Comply with any plan terms (e.g., recurring charges if applicable)


Assisted Setup Packages are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Templates and Content Licensing

All templates, images, and content provided by Crossbuilder are the intellectual property of Crosspoint Media or licensed third parties.

You may:


  • Customize templates for your own site use
  • Not resell, redistribute, or claim templates as your own


6. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform features, and content developed by Crosspoint Media remain the sole property of Crosspoint Media unless otherwise stated. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any part of our service without express written permission.


7. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these Terms, abuse, or illegal activity.

If you cancel a paid plan, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by law.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crosspoint Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any interruptions or errors on the platform
  • Third-party services connected to your site

All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.


9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
